Ordering/Packaging and Delivery:

• This portal will enable customers to place orders for the Product(s) they wish to purchase on the website.
• Upon receiving the confirmation of the order by the customers, kuuye.com will update the details of the confirmation of the order on the internal portal which the company hall maintain for the Vendor.
• The Vendor hereby irrevocably confirms that upon receiving the confirmation of the order by the customer in respect of the product. Kuuye.com shall collect directly or through it nominees or third party service provides the relevant product(s) from the Vendor for the purposes of delivering to the customer on behalf of the Vendor within 24hour.
• The Vendor shall ensure to provide all relevant authorization in favor of the kuuye.com to facilitate aforesaid collection of the relevant products form the Vendor

Payment Terms

Some of our customer shall have the opportunity to pay cash on delivery or mobile money options after the delivery is done due to their geographical location.

Customers living within Accra, Tema and Kumasi would have the opportunity to make payment on delivery. For other customers outside the above jurisdiction would have to make payment through the website before product would be dispatch. On the other hand if a customer lives outside Accra, Tema and Kumasi and still want to enjoy the payment on delivery, he/she would have to arrange with a family or a friend and hand over the money to them to make payment once the product is delivered.
